Hello, my friends, and welcome to my blog! 🙂

This your own personal workplace guru, an incurable over-thinker, an emotional genius, an always-ready-to-fall-never-falling type of person.

With 9 years in corporate business and a Master of science in Workplace Health and Well-being, I’ve created this little digital corner to share with you my passion for new and innovative ways to improve the design of modern workplace and sustain healthy, happy, satisfied, motivated and high-performing dynamic teams.

Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.

– Mark Twain

I always felt the urge to write. I always feel better after writing. I practically write myself back together when everything else fails. Others create music, others paint, others travel or just walk their dog. And though we may all enjoy some of the above and many more, there is always one thing that we need to do more to stay happy and balanced. Well, I need words. To read them, to write them, to listen to them, to give them shape and color.

It’s when thoughts transform into words that the world changes. Use them wisely, and their power can move mountains.

– Your Workplace Guru

I invite you all to join me on this journey! If you have the same urge, a story that needs to be shared with the world, a story that you need to share with the world, I’m here to listen to it, work with it and post it.
